Princeton Gravity Initiative
The Princeton Gravity Initiative was founded to elevate local research exploring the mysteries of gravity across the disciplines of astrophysics, mathematics, and physics. The initiative will be housed on the fourth floor of Jadwin hall, and construction of the new space is expected to be completed by the beginning of the fall semester. This meeting serves as an opening celebration for the initiative and the new space. The program brings together leading experts at the forefront of a broad swath of research areas connected to gravity. Some of the speakers will also provide a personal perspective of the history of gravitational research at Princeton, going back as early as the time of Wheeler and Dicke.
